Shipping & Returns

These are food products. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, taste preference, or opened items.

​

We replace or refund only when the product itself is clearly at fault on arrival:

​

- A broken or cracked bottle

- A leaking or already-opened seal

- A torn snack pack

- The wrong item

- A missing item

Email info@jpgohan.com within 3 days of delivery with a photo showing the problem. In most cases you will not need to send anything back.
