Returns: These are food products. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, taste preference, or opened items. We replace or refund only when the product itself is clearly at fault on arrival: a broken or cracked bottle, a leaking or already-opened seal, a torn snack pack, the wrong item, or a missing item. Email info@jpgohan.com within 3 days of delivery with a photo showing the problem. In most cases you will not need to send anything back.
